About Us

Trudecon was formed in 1980 with a view to establish a competent and competitive building company capable of handling private and government contracts in the industrial building market. Since its foundation, Trudecon has diversified from purely industrial building projects to those embracing both commercial and residential building applications in the private and public sector.

With the retirement of the previous directors in 2006, Andrew and Mark identified the need for a professional construction company lead by a qualified builder and project manager, utilising their combined experience and talent.

Our staff are eminently qualified in the tasks they perform from client contact, estimating, supervision and contract administration. Their combined knowledge and expertise also allows us to offer a full design documentation and construction service, consulting with expert architects and engineers to provide the latest in building techniques. We are able to perform equally on small and large projects up to $5 million due to our business targets for slow steady growth.

Our commitment to OH&S and environmental procedures ensures that employees and sub-contractors adhere to safe working methods throughout the duration of the project.

We take pride in offering our clientele professional building services and as a member of the MBA (Master Builders Association), we have developed a reputation for quality, cost-effectiveness, customer service and fast-track completion that is second to none in the industry.

Management Team

Andrew Froude – Director

Andrew Froude joined Trudecon in the late eighties with the role of Projects Manager / Estimator. With his vast experience from 38 years in the building industry he has successfully become part owner. Andrew's capabilities and commitment has enabled Trudecon to become the company it is today, to which it can handle a wide variety of construction projects.

Mark Rollings – Director

Mark along with Andrew being part owner, has a hands on approach when it comes to performance in making Trudecon a successful company. Mark’s role as a qualified builder, includes on site project management including liaison with clients and architects. Mark ensures quality and workmanship is up to the highest level and standard and with his experience shall keep Trudecon’s reputation intact.

Sean Cousins – Project Supervisor

Sean is experienced in all aspects of the building process including on site construction work. He has developed specific skills and experience and is responsible for Project Co-ordination, design and documentation implementation and estimating. Sean liaises with a diverse range of clients, imparting his extensive construction industry knowledge throughout the procurement process. His combined design, drafting and Co-ordination experience makes him an invaluable member of our Team.

Len Rollings – Consultant

Len is a qualified builder who successfully managed Trudecon from the early eighties for over 25 years and has now taken on a part time consultancy role within the company. Len’s vast management skills, sound knowledge and practical experience in the building industry, continues to be an asset to the Company.
